Co-founder of Sistema B, currently Global Bridges of Sistema B International. Member of the B Team Advisory Board. Since October 2014 he is Global Ambassador of B Corp Movement, recognition granted by B Lab US. He is co-founder of Emprendia, the first B Corp in Argentina, a strategy and communication consultancy whose purpose is for sustainability to become core business.
International advisor of Guayaki, a B Corp of organic yerba mate energy drinks dedicated to the regeneration of the South Atlantic Forest and the sense of community of its inhabitants.
He is also a small investor in Quinto Impacto, a B Corp from Mendoza that uses technology for large scale social solutions through social integration. He was an environmental legal advisor to the Vice-Presidency of Argentina in the first democratic period of the country.
He was Editorial Secretary of Ambiente y Recursos Naturales, the first legal journal in Spanish on environmental law published by La Ley. He was Executive Director of FARN (Fundación Ambiente y Recursos Naturales) from where he promoted legal regimes, environmental institutions and mechanisms for citizen participation in nine Latin American countries. He was a consultant for UNDP, OAS and the World Bank.
He was AVINA's first Representative in Latin America, developed the organization in five Latin American countries, created international bridges both in the region and with Europe and was responsible for launching its first climate change strategy. He is a lawyer graduated from the National University of Buenos Aires and holds an LL.M. from Indiana University (specialization in comparative and international environmental law).

After a successful career with multinational corporations, in 2012 Maria Emilia co-founded Sistema B, global partner of the B Global Network , which works to strenghten B Corps in Latin America, those companies that use the power of the market to solve social and environmental problems.
She was named as one of the 30 most influential intellectuals in Latin America in 2017 by EsGlobal, she's a 2019 Fellow of Harvard University, and currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Colbún, Córpora, Vista Hermosa, TRF and Fundación Bancolombia.

Gonzalo Muñoz is co-founder of Sistema B and co-founder and director of TriCiclos, one of the most recognized Latin American companies in circular economy and recycling, the first certified B Corp in South America. He is a board member of BLab USA; co-founder and chairman of the board of Viña Polkura and member of the global advisory board of the New Plastics Economy of the Ellen MacArthur Foundation.
He was appointed by the Chilean presidency and the United Nations as the High Level Climate Action Champion for COP25 of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), where his role is to mobilize climate action in non-state actors around the world, in addition to advising the COP presidency.
